If you are polite and want to express admiration, then give a compliment to Abbas for his move. -apparently he had a plan before the peace talks started last july 2013. It doesnt matter if he now says he will go to the UN if Israel does not complete the release of palestinians prisoners, or if later he said there are no links between the release of palestinians prisoners with the peace talks. Thats what i call ability. Netanyahu doesnt need a compliment from the israelis neither from Palestinians for Pollard release.
