1. Too bad. Embrace it or move.
David ,   Hartford USA   (04.04.14)
High time that Israel stopped walking on potato chips terrified that it might upset some Arab faction. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and it's time the Arabs understood it. "They're trying to Judaize Jerusalem." What a crock of poo! For 3,000+ years, Jews, Hebrews, etc. have lived here. If not for the invading armies over the centuries, who slaughtered Jews wholesale, there would be no question that it is a Jewish city and will always remain one. The Arabs had better get used to Jewish activity and embrace it- it will raise their standard of living. Boy, talk about a bunch of whiners!
2. controversial East Jerusalem project
me ,   here   (04.04.14)
What a stupid phrase found its entry into modern journalism. Everything is controversal, every project, every opinion, every move one takes.
3. Annex Like Russia Did...

And be done with the negotiating farce...
4. The Palestinian requirement
Moshe ,   Israel   (04.05.14)
It seems that the Israeli government has spoiled the Palestinian s to demand a payment for every mutual beneficial project it contrives or agrees to. It began with the 9 months freeze of building in settlements several years ago, continued with the release of terrorists recently, primarily for the honor to negotiate with the Palestinian nobility. Now Silwan Arabs want also a bribe.
5. Archaeology in Silwan
Jimbo Salsa ,   Mexico   (04.05.14)
"Last March, the Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported that the Israel Antiquities Authority destroyed a number of archeological sites and antiques after conducting a dig in the neighborhood of Silwan." And, may I ask, what is exactly what the nefarious Waqf have been doing in the Temple Mount?
6. Arabs belong in Arabia.
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!!   (04.05.14)
Jews belong in Israel just a lot more Jews and a lot more building are necessary. KEEP BUILDING !!
7. nothing
aaron ,   toronto,canada   (04.05.14)
Give them NOTHING but display their objects of historical relevance to the area ( NOTHING TO SHOW).
8. Doesn't matter what they build.
manicdrummer ,   Haifa, Israel   (04.05.14)
They could build a health clinic open to all and they'll still complain.
9. AND THE WINNER IS:..........................

10. The enemy's vocabulay
nmg ,   minneapolis usa   (04.05.14)
Ynet is playing into Arab propaganda when it describes east Jerusalem as East Jerusalem. The capital "E" indicates a separate city (as in North St. Paul or East St. Louis) which I believe Jerusalem ceased to be after the 1967 war. Unless I misunderstand, Jerusalem is all one city -- in which there could be separate areas or neighborhoods, such as the German colony, Baka, Rehavia or east Jerusalem (which probably subdivides further into neighborhoods, such as Silwan). Jews should be careful about vocabulary, not allowing sloppiness to add credibility to the enemy's propaganda. (1967 "borders" is a common example; there are no such borders, just the 1949 armistice line.)
