I think the reality of this is: the PA does not want a conflict with Israel. Very few countries are formed with words and declarations. Most are formed by violence and war. No Arab country will directly support the PA cause except to ship in missiles so they know thats not a good way to proceed. The Jews on the other hand have been subject to violence, threats murder, subjugation, torture and their complete annihilation time and again, country after country. Israel knows what it is fighting for and its not good will.

The UN has become the cheering section for the PA, against all rational thinking. But if they want the PA, then it's time for the USA to walk away from such an organization.

He was only interested in conniving as much as he could get out of Israel before he did what he was always planning to do: go to the UN. And it worked. He got many terrorist murderers out of prison, ready to plan their next attacks on innocent Israelis. Bibi is to blame- he allowed the charade to continue much too long. What rational person would release convicted murderers in order to entice another terrorist to a bargaining table? It's time Bibi told Kerry and Obama to take a hike. Their 'help' produced nothing- except that now 74 convicted murderers are on the loose. Abbas is continuing the decades old plan to dismember Israel piece by piece. Time for Bibi to erase that plan by launching the biggest building boom in Israel's history. If the Arabs can't deal with living in a modern country, they are very welcome to move to Syria or Gaza.

The prisoners are heroes in their eyes. Releasing prisoners never gets Israel anything and only brings much shame and pain . Let the PA do as it threatens , it makes no difference and will only help in the end.

What has Israel recieved in return for early release of prisoners and a freeze on settlements ? Nothing to my knowledge. Oh I fogot Israel did get something in return, rocket attacks.
