1. Jews CAN BUILD in the palestinian land but not the palestini
Why   (04.28.14)
Kerry is saying apartheid.
2. There Is No "Palestinian" Land
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (04.28.14)
There is only OUR land. And if they want to build here in OUR land- the land of Israel, they better accept that and stop trying to steal OUR land.
3. Joining the Geneva Conventions
PEM ,   Israel   (04.28.14)
To join the Geneva Conventions, means also to abide the Geneva Conventions. That means no mor rockets fired from residential areas, no more targeting civilians, no more using civilians as human shileds. I'd like to see them do that. I won"t hold my breath.
4. Congratulations! In addition, Area C ought to be ...
N.L.Katz ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (04.28.14)
... incorporated into the sovereign State of Israel as the first step toward incorporating the rest of Samaria, Judea and the Jordan Valley. Such an act would be along the lines of Rabin's Contour-for-Peace of 1995 and very much in line with the fundamental elements of international law related to the Arab Israeli conflict, i.e. San Remo conference decisions, 1920; League of Nations decisions, 1922; and UN Charter, article 80, 1945.
5. There is NO palestinian land
Larry ,   Or Yehuda   (04.28.14)
It is Jewish land. If they want they can purchase it from us. But they must stop stealing it. The Arabs are trying to rewrite history. Talk about Apartheid.
6. #1 Pls. try to understand the article.
eli ,   Yerushalayim   (04.28.14)
... 1,288 had been built by Palestinians and 373 of them were destroyed (approx. 29 % were destroyed) Settlers built 358 illegal structures, of which 147 were destroyed. (approx. 41 % were destroyed) Pals built illegal more than 3 times as much as Jews but less becomes destroyed. Its really apartheid!
7. Why?! #1...
yosef, phd ,   florida - israel   (04.28.14)
...Because the writer of this "question" is a cowardly (no author's name) ignoramus, and kerry has finally revealed himself as an obsessed brute maniac, who would not understand any other language of "not being welcome" than a straight kick in the face ! Such is also the lore of the entire White house "administration" such as it pretends to be...
8. We didn't release more murderers...
History nut ,   Israel   (04.28.14)
Thank Heaven! We can take that heat.
9. Impose total boycott on evil Fictional Palestine.
Chaim ,   Israel   (04.28.14)
Israel's government must stop being the ONLY government in history dumb enough to voluntarily support its foes. Impose a total boycott on evil Fictional Palestine. Not a watt of electricity. Not a gram of food. Not a shekel. NOTHING for Fictional Palestine.
10. To: No. 1
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.28.14)
It isn't "Palestinian" land, that's why. It is nonsovereign land, reacquired by Israel in the course of fighting a defensive war against Jordan. The land is thus Israel's to settle, retain and even annex. Annexation is coming, and upon that day, Israel will repatriate all Arabs in Judea and Samaria to Jordan, country of their citizenship. Or, they can go to Gaza, in keeping with Fatah's newly-minted unity agreement with Hamas. But they cannot remain in Israel. They are a hostile population, as demonstrated by six wars and seven decades of unremitting violence and acts of terror perpetrated against the Jewish people, both in Israel and in the Diaspora. That's why. International law and statute, and the laws which govern military engagement, apply to the "Palestinians" as they apply to anyone else. To the victor belongs the spoil. That would be Israel, six times victorious in six wars started by the Arabs.
11. Confirms jewish justice is a sham.
(04.28.14)
Ever wonders why stereotypes don't die?
12. Sarah,whilst I often agree with some of what you say
exUK ,   TEL AVIV   (04.29.14)
Do YOU agree that the ordinary family Arab man in West Bank 3rd generation, finding himself in a situation not of his own making,is suffering in all directions, whilst both sets of politicians remain obsessed with their own self importance? In any case, as I am secular(at least) ,I dont recognize G-d given rights, but only see a cynical government ,since 1967,obsessed with expansionism, using extreme right wing and religious folk, via subsidies to paint themselves into a corner. We should freeze settlements, produce a plan of borders, and at least ATTEMPT to consider the ordinary folk on both sides. We should also reassure our 20% Arab population, that in any agreement, that they are secure. We must all learn to live together if we are not to become totally despised and isolated!!
13. #11, Arab justice sham gives ZERO permits for Jewish housing
