In 2014 the Palestinian Unity Reconciliation Agreement between the PLO and Hamas, the Palestinians undid the recognition. ie the Palestinian Government have instantly reversed an recognition signed agreement. Clearly agreements between Israel and the Palestinians are not worth the paper they are written on as they can be rescinded at any political whim. I wonder if the same holds true for Hamas and the PLO.
