IMO this is terrorism. The objective is to frighten (terrorize) people. Even if it is "only" a hate crime it must be stopped! The people being attacked are Israeli citizens. They are entitled to the full protection of the law. If this were happening the other way - price tag attacks against Jews, the wave of arrests would be in the dozens, if not in the hundreds.
