For this old exhausted man to take a kidney from his son, thereby exposing him to a lot of possible health issues in the future is just way beyond disgusting. You're 78 for Pete's sake - you've had your innings. Just accept it and carry on with the dialysis. And withdraw your ridiculous candidacy for presidency too. Nobody needs you there.

Excuse me Mr Ben Eliezer but taking a kidney from your SON is a reprehensible act. Who knows what future health dangers you are exposing him to?
3. #1, and #2

Kidney transplants are very routine these days and the medications for both recipient and donor are excellent. #1, whoa re you to tell somebody to give up and die. Why don't YOU give up and die? His son will be fine. Many people function their entire life on one kidney--sometimes not even knowing they only have one. But ultimately my point is that it is more disgusting to read that you pronounce somebody else's personal medical decision invalid. As a former hospice nurse, I assure you it is none of your business how somebody chooses to go on or let go.
