That is how it has been since the beginning of human history. Since Israel has won all the wars, "Palestinians" must pay Israel land for peace.

12. 'Rights Groups' URGE
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (05.09.14)
Oh yeh More like 'Rights Groups' PURGE Just who are these shady 'Rights Groups' many of whom Ive met in the UK - many of whom aren't Palestinians - many of whom have little idea of the complex ramifications, many of whom who have separate agendas BUT WANT A FREE RIDE ON THE PALESTININAN CAUSE to cynically promote their own prejudices? Who are THEY to tell us how to conduct our negotiations for our future or tell us THEY KNOW WHATS BEST FOR US? Have we got no intelligence? Do WE NOT KNOW whats best for us? The sooner we focus on what WE WANT and whats best for us and put OURSELVES first and not pander to outside interests the sooner we can provide a bright and stable future for our kids
13. International Law applies to all peoples, including Jews
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (05.09.14)
Jews want a "Jewish State" with Jordanian citizenship for West Bank Palestinians, and Egyptian citizenship for Gaza Strip Palestinians. 8,9,10 not mine.

15. #7, Victors get land
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (05.09.14)
What you say in your post used to be true. However, land acquisition by conquest has been abolished as a doctrine after World War II, regardless of its antiquity. Thus, the Jewish occupation of Palestine is legally and morally invalid.
16. #13 Guess what, Benazi, most of the arab squatters
A ,   Belgium   (05.09.14)
illegally occupying Judea and Samaria ARE Jordanian citizens. Israel only wants them to go home to Jordan/"palestine".
17. #15, graczek
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (05.10.14)
Then why did Germany lose territory to Poland, Czechoslovakia and France after WW II? Why did the Japanese have to relinquish islands that had been under the Prefecture of Tokyo for centuries and grant them independence. For that matter, why were Egypt and Jordan allowed to occupy Gaza and the West Bank respectively after 1948? How about Turkey's illegal occupation of half of Cyprus? It seems to me that the historical precedents are still in place, EXCEPT when it comes to Israel.
