And, several days ago, the top-secret underground nuclear facility in Qazvin -- whose existence Teheran has always strenuously denied -- went boom in a very big way, followed by two equally large explosions; one destroying a crude oil storage facility and the other completely destroying Iran's most sophisticated electrical grid and neighboring radar facility. While there is an International Nuclear Material treaty administered by the IAEA that deals with nuclear material,there is no such treaty for missiles and the IAEA definitely has no businesses asking about or even caring about missiles.
