2. Let it be clear about the ballistic missiles
Dov ben David ,   Eilat, Israel   (05.16.14)
They are offensive and are made to go far...
3. "islam" Iran and the United States
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn, Holland   (05.16.14)
The unfortunately, still, present, entire, criminal, "islam", dicatorial regime in Tehran better can accept, in that case, the advise of the United Nations Organization, despite of it"s weakness and short-coming. Also every other nation, in the same situation and circumstance can do so, if needed.. Also, Israel, forever, ever and always!
4. Why does this come as a surprise?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.16.14)
The only country in the world that REALLY knows what is going on in the Middle East is Israel. The State of Israel is also, by the way, the only country in the world with credible -- and highly accurate -- intelligence with respect to Iran. Did you think that Israel's incredible ability to track and interdict or destroy major arms shipments from Iran -- some by very circuitous routes -- were only lightning striking fifteen or sixteen times in the same place? How about the explosion in Khoramabad in October 2010, which destroyed a two huge munitions storage facilities -- did you really think that it was a "work accident," as Iran claimed? Remember the mysterious and massive explosion which destroyed a vast arms depot and storage center for Iran's Shahab long-range ballistic missiles in November 2011? According to the Iranians, still another "work accident." In January 2013, a mysterious explosion destroyed the Fordow underground uranium enrichment center. Another work accident? How about the mysterious destruction of three missile research and storage facilities in western Teheran in early May 2013? Oh, those pesky work accidents. And, several days ago, the top-secret underground nuclear facility in Qazvin -- whose existence Teheran has always strenuously denied -- went boom in a very big way, followed by two equally large explosions; one destroying a crude oil storage facility and the other completely destroying Iran's most sophisticated electrical grid and neighboring radar facility. Yeah, all work accidents. Israel has been telling anyone who would listen that Iran presents a clear and present danger. The mullahs are out of control. They really do believe that they are going to be in the vanguard of a brand new Islamic caliphate. Thus far, Israel has acted alone. No one else wants to help, or pitch in in a material way, although no one seems to mind basking in peripheral glory and reaping the benefits of the major setbacks to Iran's weapons program. Might be nice to hear a "thank you, Israel" every now and again. Thank you, Israel, for pulling the world's chestnuts out of the coals again and again and again and again. Stop and think for a minute: what kind of a conflict do you think the 1991 Gulf War would have been had the Coalition forces been facing a nuclear Iraq? But Israel took care of that problem, didn't it, by destroying the OSIRAC reactor days before it was to come on line. In September 2007, Israel destroyed the North Korean- built Syrian nuclear facility in Deir ez-Zor. Take a look at what's been going on in Syria the past several years and imagine what the issues might have been had Israel not taken out that reactor, too. The international community are a wretched group, indeed. Consider yourselves lucky that Israel has not washed its hands of you. And contemplate where you will be should we kick you to the curb.
5. There is absolutely NO TREATY on missiles
spyguy ,   seattle usa   (05.16.14)
While there is an International Nuclear Material treaty administered by the IAEA that deals with nuclear material, there is no such treaty for missiles and the IAEA definitely has no businesses asking about or even caring about missiles. If he US wants to put in place international treaties on missiles, it could start with its own massive number of missiles. The IAEA is way out of their mandate by asking about missiles or even normal high explosives.
6. P5+1 must demand that Iran comply with all Chapter VII UNSCR
CJK   (05.16.14)
any agreement with iran that would allow it to violate current chapter vii unscr's would in fact give iran the chance to retain its nuclear weapons program. furthermore, violations of chapter vii unscr's would undermine the un charter and nuclear non-proliferation treaty.
7. Iran wants ICBM capability
zionist forever   (05.16.14)
Iran wants ICBMS and nuclear weapons because if you can combine then both into a neat little package then Iran can threaten any country ( US included ). If Iran fires an ICBM at Washington then the US will retaliate throw everything they have at Iran as a warning. If Iran were to fire a nuke at Washington or even threatened to do so Obama would be kissing Rohanis ass begging him not to take this conflict to the next level. Iran needs nukes to fufill their ambition of being the regional superpower and a global power.

spyguy ,   seattle usa   (05.16.14)
To correctly phrase post #1 - The USA has an Opaque Missile program because they have Something to Hide!!! AND Russia has an Opaque Missile program because they have Something to Hide!!! and China has an Opaque Missile program because they have Something to Hide!!! and Israel has an Opaque Missile program because they have Something to Hide!!! - Iran is doing EXACTLY what every other nation on earth is doing.

No treaty on missiles? Well, I beg to differ, viz.: Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty International Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation Treaty on the Limitation of Anti-Ballistic Missile Systems Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty Strategic Offensive Reductions Treaty Strategic Arms Limitation Talks II (which is actually a treaty) You are, without question, what my people refer to as a "goyische kopf."
12. To: No. 10
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.16.14)
But not every country is subject to treaties and conventions on the transfer of ballistic weapons technology. Israel, for example. The United States and Russia are treaty-bound by the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty not to transfer ABMS systems technology to other states. The United States has abided by the treaty. The Russians have not. That the United States is too lackadaisical to do anything about Russia's transfer of ICBM technology and ABM technology to countries such as Iran is disgraceful. It doesn't really matter, though. If you think that Israel will ever allow the Iranians to do anything but a showy (and, usually, failed) very public test-firing of its missiles, then not only are you stupid, but delusional as well. Israel OWNS Iranian airspace. Just ask the good people of Qazvin. And no one so us entering or leaving. No one's ever seen us entering or leaving Iranian airspace. Amazing, isn't it, how all these extraordinarily well-guarded places -- protected, I might add, by none other than Iran's vaunted "Revolutionary Guard -- keep going boom? Why do you suppose that happens, "Spyguy?" What is causing such a strange rash of "work accidents" at so many top secret Iranian military facilities? Do enlighten us with your insight -- but please first remove your spyglass from where you usually keep it.

and these idiots care for missiles and weapons more than they care for their own people. Mullahs are robbing the country with an excuse of war with the west. Too bad, Iranians are just too naive and accept it.

One would easily notice Sara of Usa/Israel has the loudest mouth and makes us feel as though she wrotes on behalf of Zionist regime. However, hollow words for the last seven.................yes,seven years,is nothing but consolation for herself or someone in the Israeli Government.

Why, thank you kindly! Some time, it's amusing to fence. Pay out the rope; give them just enough with which to hang themselves. But every now and again, I succumb to the temptation to simply slam-dunk the idiots. If they keep coming back for more, it's on them. And some of them do keep coming back .... not a good idea. Have I ever told you that Hawke's Bay is my third-favorite place on the planet?

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.17.14)
A lot of things have gone "BOOM!" in the last seven years. Either Iran has the world's worst on-the-job safety record or a certain country can arrange to slip in and out of Iran pretty much at will and destroy whatever it wants whenever it wants. Of course, that same certain country can also penetrate highly sensitive Iranian computer networks and trash them. So, which is it, Mahmood? Incredible Israeli sophistication -- Iran is Israel's bitch -- or a serious problem with on-the-job safety in the Islamic Republic? Although the latter hardly explains the destruction of all those arms convoys that fell upon hard times, does it? Or a third possibility. Allah just doesn't like the Islamic Republic. Really frosts your shorts, doesn't it? And the series of humiliations and disasters that have befallen Iran -- not exactly hollow.
24. YOU HAVE THEORATICALLY.......#23
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (05.18.14)
Made it simple for yourself.Of course Iran is facing the worst of the people in form of Zionists but has not only managed to defend itself and has also succeeded in beefing up its defences. Sorry, however hard you try with your sophisticated words, the truth is that the daily barking of Netanyahu shows what strength you have. We are into seventh year........ha ha

Seven years of trashed computer networks and mysterious "work accidents," all of them at top-secret Iranian military and nuclear installations. Now THAT is funny.
