About 25 years ago I worked with a devout Catholic man who criticised Israel regarding Pals. and then he aimed his criticism towards me because I was a Jew. In 1979 girls from a Catholic Academy of learning spoke hatefully against Israel in a restaurant. When the waitress told them to stop, they whispered to each other "we didn't know she was Jewish". The waitress was not Jewish, she was just a very decent person.

My older sister earned her MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee back in the late 1980s. At the time, anti-Semitism on the campus was almost nonexistent, but today it is rampant.
