Judges like to stay out of politics you give them the OPTION of including this clause in a sentence and the judges will almost certainly decide don't want to get involved I will do my part by setting a sentence and there I will sign off not try and decide on if it would be a good thing or not in this case to ban a pardon. I doubt we will ever see a single judge make use of this clause, better to leave that sort of thing to politicians will be attitude. decide if they ever want to pardon these people. Livni would have also fought harder to block ti bill if she thought it was ever going to be anything but symbolic rather than being a bill with teeth.
