Isn't it a tradition to tell a potential new convert to get lost several times (at least two or three times?) And if they persist over time to let them into the fold? I think it has something to do with giving them a taste of persecution and alienation. Something the Jewish people have had to deal with for centuries. To see if the convert can handle it. If so, then many of them failed already!

no Kabalah, all their conversions are useless and futile. Conversions are not anymore possible these days. We are in an era where even the rabbis themselves may not be Jewish and they are not aware of it.

Better to grant them asylum than allow them to go through a phoney conversion program and then grant them citizenship because not they are Jews. They would be converts who don't have any interest in religion. Phoney conversions is something the Israeli government allows all to often. Conversion must be halachic if they seriously want to be considered converts because then they have shown dedication toward conversion reform or this rubbish is conversion for economic gain not conversion because they want to be Jewish. I would much rather these non Jews requested the right to emigrate to Israel as non Jews although not under the law of return.

These people are not even pretending to be serious about conversion because they freely admit they will convert to stay so why bother telling them to get lost because they have no desire to convert. Any conversions for people wanting to move to Israel should be based on halachic conversions only. This is about citizenship and thousands of dollars worth of benefits so if somebody is a convert wanting to move to Israel so we must know they legitimately want to convert and they are not looking for a backdoor so they can get Israeli citizenship.

Conversion is when a person accepts the GOD of Israel. It does not come by seeking citizenship in Israel. These people are in Israel because of evil of Islam not for the Love Of Israel or GOD. No Rabbi can or has the right to convert people who do not sincerely in their hearts and minds believe in Israel. Not even by marriage can they become citizens of Israel. As for the German taxpayer funding ill-based requests, especially from people with no connection to Germany, fell free to deny them. Most of the Jews now in Germany are recent transports from the Soviet Union. It was a conscious effort by Germany to re-establish a Jewish community and the German government was willing to pay for it.
