1. Why aren't these terror sites being hit BEFORE they fire at
Ilan ,   Be'er Sheva Israel   (06.17.14)
...us, rather than AFTERWARDS? BB continues to allow Hamas to select the music and lead the dance!
2. Not enough

Start demolishing homes. That will get their attention. When enough terrorists in Gaza are homeless, perhaps they will prevail upon their brother terrorists to release the kidnapped boys. It needs to get painful first, though. Reducing a couple of streets to rubble and turning off electricity and stopping fresh water supplies will work better than destroying weapons storage facilities. We can always go back and get those later.

You still eating crayons and licking windows.

Do ordinary U.S. citizens (such as myself) have any legal recourse to sue to force the Obama administration to obey the U.S. law forbidding contact with any government that includes Hamas? Another question: Why isn't Israel taking the unity Palestinian government to the ICC for war crimes?
5. Hit real targets

They should hit real targets and not empty shells.

Hush up, little boy, and start packing. We're throwing you out of the Jewish state. We've had quite enough of your violence, your terrorism and your murderous ways. You are a cancer in our midst, and like all cancers, you will be excised. Don't worry, though -- we will faithfully reciprocate the treatment of the Jews who were forcibly expelled from Arab and Moslem lands. You will be allowed to leave with that which you can carry on your back. Could be worse, though. At least we will not slaughter you the way the "palestinians" slaughtered the Jews of Judea and Samaria in 1948 --and before then, too. Still feeding yourself from your diaper? You can do that just as well from Gaza -- and that's the only option you have. Face it, sluggo -- we won. You lost. Now bugger off.

No, a sitting president is essentially immune from the acts of individuals. Your best bet is to write to your congressional representative and your senators. You can also contact your state representatives, but to somewhat lesser effect. A petition drive with a great many signatures upon it (which will not be difficult to obtain) is the best way of getting your congressional representative's attention. This is, after all, an election year. The State of Israel has not ratified the Rome Treaty, which established the ICC. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel -- which is why any threats to take Israel to the ICC are empty and meaningless. The ICC does have jurisdiction over war crimes, but it's a kangaroo court that no one takes seriously. There isn't a single reputable jurist on the ICC. The ICJ is the better bet. Contrary to popular belief, the ICJ has NOT ceded responsibility for war crimes to the ICC. As a side note -- there is no need to involve either the ICC or the ICJ. Israel will simply exercise its right to annex nonsovereign Judea and Samaria. There are two options with respect to the "palestinians" in Judea and Samaria who will, upon annexation, instantly become undesirable aliens. Contrary to popular belief, they are not stateless. They are Jordanian citizens, courtesy of Jordan's 1954 Citizenship Law, which bestowed Jordanian citizenship upon all West Bank Arabs and their progeny irrevocably. Repatriating them to Jordan, while perfectly legal, would not have made King Abdullah very happy -- not that Israel really would care what makes Abdullah happy or unhappy. But the "palestinians" have managed, in their inimicable fashion, to provide the perfect solution -- they went and signed a unity agreement which binds Hamas and the "palestine" authority. West Bank Arabs are thus subject to deportation to Gaza. They can scarcely complain -- they want their own state, and they are going to have it -- in Gaza. I hope the process to international recognition of the "palestinian" state in Gaza moves quite quickly. Because they are, after all, "palestinians," and they know only violence, murder and terror. Sooner or later, once they get through killing one another, they will turn their attention to Israel. The first missile that flies will thus be a declaration of war made by another state. Israel's response will be the response made by any sovereign states to a declaration of war by another sovereign state.
