EU too busy bailing out their own bankrupt countries. They have no money for investments anyway. The Israeli economy on the other hand is just fine. It's time for the EU to pay a surcharge on all tech products sent there from Israel. Let's see who cries first.

As to the "threat" of European divestment -- fine, go ahead. Israel will yank each and every license agreement with European firms, which will mean that there will not be a single smart phone, iPad, IPod, laptop, tablet or computer that can be sold without the company that sells it finding itself locked up in patent infringement cases for the next twenty years. Israel will not make available its medical advancements.
If the European Union wants to play tough, they will be in for an EXTREMELY unpleasant surprise.
