The IAF as of late were not only avoiding civilian targets but avoiding most military targets. If only Israel were to fire rockets on a one for one basis back into Gaza and cut all supplies the rocket fire would wind down in a hurry. If the rocket didn't cease Israel can empty its prisons into Gaza.

First we need to recognise what caused this mess..Hamas Willfuly just DAYS after a Unity Agreement they triggered a crisis by engineering a kidnapping and murder which unleashed a whole series of unexpected consequences ending up in another murder So how could we ensure this does not happen in future FIRST Hamas have BROKEN the terms of the Unity Agreement so it must now be put on hold until the Agreement is renegotiated SECOND There MUST be a Joint PA-Israel Emergency Committee that goes into Session the moment crisis like these develop to not only find ways to ACT together but find ways to SPEAK together Because all this otherwise does is create an obscene situation where Israeli and Palestinian Politicians and Religious Leaders suddenly pop their heads above the parapet just to gain PR Attention by their extreme and controversial rhetoric...and FIRE the FLAMES not DOUSE them Then like some wild crocodiles the Media Feeding Frenzy starts. The Media relishing this all up to have a field day ....As if The West Bank and Israel were some sort of gruesome circus ....we end up yet again dancing to their tune Just look for example at the behaviour and comments of Israelis Zoabi and Bennet on the one hand...and Palestinian Doctor Doctor Sound Bite Barghouti on the other Not calling for calm or justice.......but trying to espouse a twisted moral justification And what some in the PA conveniently FORGET is that stability and law and order are VITAL for both sides not just for Israel. And using these deaths as weapons and score points ARE OBSCENE So while Barghouti like comments might stir up Palestinian emotions and his career prospects - it sure as hell also frightens off Palestinian inward investment and investors and ultimately damages the fragile Palestinian Economy that is key to successful Statehood

Also that poor Jewish girl murdered by an Arab Taxi Driver. was also designed to cause chaos.Then the revenge by the 6 Jews. They dont want "inward investment" and investors etc...
