Haven't heard until now, Abbas demanding Hamas to immediately stop throwing rockets into Israel. Too many rockets have we received from Hamas before starting an exemplar punishment against them. Putin would have never waited that long if one single rocket fell on Russian territory. As of Obama, he would have probably sent a mild message of "restraint" if extremists threw rockets into American soil.

Not counting the children who were kidnapped and murdered all deaths so far have been on the Gaza side. Obviously HAMAS wins in bloodcurdling meaningless rhetoric, wasted missiles which are either inaccurate or neutralized by Iron Dome. We have had a brilliant success in killing 6 in tunnels that Gazans dug their own graves. Their previous tunnel efforts to kidnap backfired. So Gaza fails in rockets, fails in tunnels, fails everywhere. Now Israel is kicking serious butt. Gas supplies won't be getting through which will impact their electricity supply where before hand they only got a few hours per day. This will dwindle. Have a nice war.

Last I heard,Abbas is "President",albeit unelected,of the PA with what's supposed to be a unity "government;not President of Israel.
