2. RIGHT ON, MR LIEBERMAN!
les ,   canada   (07.15.14)
seems like the only person in that government who realises this round can end only one way (the only one who dare to speak up). temporary re-occupation of gaza. wiping out all hamas infrastructures, and as much of hamas menpower as possible. there be no other chance.
3. Lieberman should either replace Bibi as PM
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.15.14)
or at least the DM. He's the only one talking sensibly and knows how to take care of Arab beasts.
4. Bravo Lieberman !!!
Tomi Weiss ,   Israel   (07.15.14)
If Bibi still does not understand this basic, simple logic, he should resign tonight. The people of Israel want exactly what you said.
5. Joey his name is Foreign Minister Mr. Avigdor Lieberman
(07.15.14)
6. .....not worth it...
richard ,   holland   (07.15.14)
This is risky for soldiers. Cut this strip in segments. 10- 15. Put a fence in between the segments with checkpoints. Its safer....no?
7. Well, Israel wasn't exactly sleeping between rounds, either.
Miron ,   USA   (07.16.14)
It's your choice, Avigdor, to pick the priorities. I do agree that safety of communities requires continued presence of IDF. But return of Gush Katiff will be much more effective. And require fewer resources from IDF, and thus Israel. A lot fewer. So, let's meet midway, put Gush Katiff where he was and get IDF on the perimeter. Let's call it this way, the practice has shown that the theory of disengagement was an error.
8. No need to occupy all Gaza, just connector to Egypt
Dr. L. Brnd ,   San Diego, USA   (07.16.14)
By permanently occupying the 3-mile wide, sparsely populated desert strip between Rafak and Khan Younis, Israel can cut off smuggling of Iranian weapons for good. Heavily fortify this strip, and annex it to Israel. Then Gaza can be pounded into an unconditional surrender of all weapons and arms factories - in exchange for food, water and power, because they won't be able to get supplies from Egypt. To hell with what the rest of the world thinks, what are they going to do about it, anyway? Israel has an unlimited right to end the rocket fire by any means it sees fit - according to UN Charter article 51.
9. Retake Gaza and all our abandoned lands.
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.16.14)
Virtually all Israel's problems stem, directly and indirectly, from lunatic retreats from our land. We must totally reverse the retreats. Retake Gaza and all our abandoned lands. "Palestinians" have no national rights here whatsoever. This tiny land is ours. Period.
10. I'll tell you what's next, Bibi
V.R.Sonti ,   Indiana USA   (07.17.14)
