So, they can blast a public server. Israel created and implemented STUXNET, DUQU, FLAME and the endless cousins that continue to plague Iran's dedicated servers and which continue to cause their centrifuges to spin out of control. If this is Arabs bringing their "A" game, there's nothing to worry about. In fact, it's funny. The Arab hackers might find it in their best interests not to annoy Israel too much .... STUXNET was just the beginning. We've got more. Much, much more.

They are a group who uses the power given to them by others (much of it based on our R&D) to take actions for which they are not willing to bear responsibility.
