The "sick man of Europe" is now the "terminally ill man of Europe." Kick 'em to the curb. Israel is a progressive, highly industrialized , modern and forward-looking country. Turkey is sinking into the depths of Islamic fundamentalism and incredible poverty. Who needs Turkey? Certainly not Israel. The Jews remaining there should all come home, while it is still possible to leave with one's possessions.

Stop trying to hard. Show some backbone. But we do need to be concerned about the Jewish community in Turkey. They are in danger.
