Actually, sluggo, our DNA puts us squarely in the land of Israel. As does the written historical record and the undeniable archaeological evidence. Your DNA places you squarely from the Hejaz in the Western Arabian desert. You have no written historical record and you have no archaeological evidence to draw upon. So pack your trash, roll up your tent and get the hell out of Jewish land, squatter.
6. An object lesson ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (07.30.14)
... for the overindulged youth of north Tel Aviv and its suburbs and, I regret to say, my own town of Savviyon. The only reason these disaffected, whiny creatures HAVE a place to call home is because of the sacrifices and hard work of these elderly Israelis, who built the state that far too many of Israel's youth take for granted. The ONLY reason these youth -- whose existences revolve around their iPads and smart phones -- aren't being rounded up and herded into gas chambers is because of the wonderful pensioners who made the modern State of Israel possible. Something they need to think about, the next time they conjure up a reason why they really shouldn't serve in the IDF while sucking back a latte. But for the suffering, hardship and extraordinarily hard work and sacrifice of the people -- who continue to sacrifice their pensions -- there wouldn't be a State of Israel for them to criticize and pout about and complain. There would be just an unmarked grave in some lonely, inhospitable place. They need to keep that in mind, while deciding what to wear for a night of clubbing.
