In light of the "mounting evidence" against Israel - surely the defendant should be entitled to unfettered axis to the crime scene? How come the UN is demanding Russia provide unfettered axis to MH17 to investigators for a plane crash that was - beyond any doubt - caused by a AA missile, to the point of going to war, but when it comes to charging Israel with War Crimes - the words of locals - who sweep evidence away and sanitize the crime scene - is good enough. Surely Israel is entitled to visit the "undisturbed" crime scene and ANY attempts to sanitize the crime scene (as shown be CNN, AlJazeera and the BBC) should result in a misstrial???

In light of the support US, France and UK gave the Hamas against former allies Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Israel, these three countries should unite to file war crimes charges against the leaders of US, UK and France for their illegal actions in Libya. Not only did they violate the UN Security Council resolution and forced an illegal regime change with military might, they butchered a number of civilians that dwarfs the dead in Gaza.

I think the PA should just join the ICC already and stop just threatening to do so. Israel has nothing to fear from such a move but I doubt the PA ( joined with Hamas as it is) really understands the drawbacks it will have to justify. Plenty info out by Hamas to prove their intentions. International law is on the. Israeli side with follows the rules.
