It's infuriating, that one the other hand the leaders of Hamas are all safe and well. Is this a kind of a weired strategy to alienate the people of Gaza from Hamas? Or a kind of a weired "Gentlemen" agreement between Israel's and Hamas' top brass?

It's very sad that these poor Gazan children have been forced to go though this by their leaders, Hamas, who ought to be nurturing and protecting them. These same leaders also begin to radicalise and teach these same children to hate Jews and aspire to being shahids as soon as they are old enough to begin to absorb it, and to put them into military style summer camps not long after, which IMHO is nothing short of child abuse as well. The writer of this article is clearly quite blinkered though, because the children living in the communities in qassam range of the Gaza strip have suffered very high rates of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for a decade now; that's a whole other set of children suffering from Hamas' brutalisation, but I don't see this journalist, or indeed any other, ringing their hands and sobbing over THEM.

Clearly you are unaware of the constant brainwashing Hamas does of Gaza's children from the time they are old enough to walk. It's not surprising -- "palestinians," after all, sell their children to be suicide bombers, so there is no depth too low for them to sink. Children's television in Gaza is full of violent cartoon depictions of murdering Jews -- in incredibly gory fashion -- and glorifying violence and martyrdom. When my children were in kindergarten, they took their school picture with big alphabet blocks. Gaza's kindergarteners dress up as suicide bombers, or as "fighters," replete with toy guns. They sport tee shirts with hate-filled slogans about Jews and "Zionists." The children of Gaza go to mandatory summer terrorist-training camp. The boys are damaged goods. The girls, who must endure female circumcision, are damaged goods. They are taught what an honor it is to kill Jews. Gaza's "children" are cold-blooded terrorists, in small sizes. Civilization is better off without them. What's broken in them can never be fixed.
