There is a cheap way. It's not rockett science. Consult an oil geologist. To detect oil deposit a small explosive device is set below the ground. The resulting shock waves are recorded from several locations. These produce a picture of what's underground.

connect the tunnels they find to the sewage .
3. Oil tech been doing it for 40 years

Electronic plugs called Jugs. Pushed into the ground and daisy chained to a very long cable. Vib trucks ie big trucks that lower steel plates on the surface and the vibrate the ground. A control truck with electronic readers can Read the ground below for several hundred meters to find the earths crust. Oil rigs call this the zone count for depth reading when drilling. If there is a tunnel down there it stands out like dogs balls. Underground iron dom. Contact SismicServices for more info or google it. Or any major oil exploration company. Fully portable. No need for 65 miles of it. Just one out fit could monitor Gaza with complete ease No more tunnels.

There is an existing technology that can detect tunnels. Oil prospecters use it to find underground oil deposits. It is also much cheaper!
