1. The lefties are ugly-buglies
Jhan   (08.16.14)
Good-looking people generally don't become lefties. They are "right" this time though, the booboo needs to leave or be made to leave.
2. Rally
Pierre Zuckerman ,   Canada   (08.16.14)
You are crazy ! Bibi is the best !
3. An idea
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.17.14)
Netanyahu should elect Gal-On to go to Gaza and discuss peace with Hamas and he should advise her to take her 2000 kookoos along with her for the meeting.
4. They can protest all they want. It won't help
DOV ,   USA   (08.16.14)
the peace process to negotiate with terrorists. The tunnels and the rockets were ready before they formed a unity government. I think this group is a cold heated bunch.
5. Israelis, the reason you can't find Mohammed Deif
upfront ,   USA   (08.17.14)
is that he's a doctor and he can escape under those credentials at any time.
6. Meretz is a dead party, now lack only be buried
(08.16.14)
7. I love comedy
(08.17.14)
Galon has been abysmally wrong about everything she's thought about in the past twenty years. She supported surrendering Golan to Assad, destroying the SLA, ethnically cleansing Gush Katif and the Goldstone Report. But the best comedy is that a few months ago she demanded that Netanyahu surrender to moderate Fatah or the extreme Hamas would take over. Now she demands Netanyahu surrender to the moderate Hamas.
8. Israel targets civilians
(08.16.14)
simply by expanding settlements and thus making a two-state solution impossible and carnage inevitable.
9. Gal-on Peace Party: Jimmy Carter & Willie Nelson
DvorahTheProphetess ,   SC, USA   (08.17.14)
Geveret Gal-On, start building your Peace Initiative with Jimmy Carter and Wille Nelson - Jimmah will despise Israel along with you as Willie strums, "You Were Always On My MInd...."
10. #8, learn history that Israel was built with settlements
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (08.17.14)

13. Ok, feel better now?
You're all tired   (08.17.14)
Home to bed with a hot chocolate. Works wonders. You bore us to tears.
14. No two-state solution is possible
Ezra ,   USA   (08.17.14)
Not probable; not going to happen. Peace is obtainable, but not given the Jewish situation. The diplomatic approach only postpones the next conflict. The left just wants it to stop; but being Jewish means the wisdom of HaShem must be involved in critical decision making. Our Jewish scriptures contain incites into that wisdom. Ignoring our maker is the stiff-neck formula for failure.
15. Israel will cease to exist.
Nathan Rai ,   Bangalore   (08.17.14)
Israel will cease to exist as it is. That region will know no peace until either Hamas conquers Israel or Israel conquers Gaza. What it takes for Israel to recognise this basic fact is yet to be seen. I just hope Israel does not decide to talk itself to death. Think and ACT , Israel. For your today is our tomorrow.
16. United we stand divided we fall
I. Barr MD ,   USA   (08.17.14)
Take Alon Pinkas and the radicals of the Left: They think about their political career and not what is good for Israel: 1. They are not familiar with ALL the facts. More, they are not even concerned about facts. 2. They are jealous, want to have political power. 3. Israel made mistakes. Retrospectively we all find things that we could do better. 4. Netanyahu has 90% support of American Jews. 5. US president has multiple issues to tackle. His job approval is low not only in US, EU, UN but in most Middle East countries. 6. If Israel wants to survive criticism should be deferred until after negotiations end. Pinkas weakened Israel Position in Cairo. Congratulation Alon!
17. Yeah...you should probably bring in the leader of Hamas..
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (08.17.14)
as a pitch hitter.
18. Mrs. Gal On for PM. Documents to be signed overnight.
Miron ,   USA   (08.17.14)
19. Huh?!
manicdrummer ,   Haifa, Israel   (08.17.14)
"You failed this badly because of five years of refusing diplomacy, of refusing to adopt the Arab Peace Initiative." SUBTITLE: "We came here from a US state that has legalized marijuana and we honestly don't have a clue as to what's real and what's...anyone got any rolling papers?"
20. To anonymous #8: Israel targets civilians?
DvorahTheProphetess ,   SC, USA   (08.17.14)
C'mon over to the US/Mexico border and YOU propose a Two-COUNTRY Solution with our Illegal Infil-Traitors!
21. donkeys
(08.17.14)
Rabin was elected in 1992 on a rational platform based on his famous three nos: no surrender of Golan, no new Arab state, no negotiations with PLO. When after is election he changed his opinion and did everything Peres said, his voters said he lied. The Left (including Galon) reacted by saying that only a donkey doesn't change its opinion in light of reality. Despite the reality of rockets raining on Tel Aviv, a closed airport, and the IDF unable to protect children thanks to the Left, Galon can't change her obviously wrong opinions.
22. Well -
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (08.17.14)
- that the Israeli PM is a big failure regarding protective Edge is true but, is there any better replacements for Him ?. The Israeli PM has no Strategic or right Tactical vision. Or - ? - Is He by some cause and reason, tied to Obama to such an extent, that He can not brake the Bond and act independently ? Arn.
23. Bibi, stay strong; Gal-on did nothing for Israel
Ted   (08.17.14)
She is the one that should get out of the Knesset.
24. Yes but.........
Mike Carmel ,   Tel Aviv   (08.17.14)
Zahava, whilst I normally agree with almost everything you say, I think you are overlooking a few things here, which really is not good as it is necessary to take into account ALL the relevant parameters. Even if you assert that Netanyahu pulled us into the Gaza war because of diplomatic inaction, which perhaps is correct to a certain extent, there is more to it than that. For instance, what about the tunnels and the fact that Hamas were going to use them for an enormous terrorist attack? Netanyahu actually conducted this war in a positive statesmanlike manner and provided the population with the feeling that there is someone who we can rely on, like a national father figure, and that is good in times of crisis. So maybe we should give him some credit for that.
25. I feel sorry for them only 2000 turned out
Zionist forever   (08.17.14)
Saturday night there is nothing the residents of Tel Aviv like better than protesting. Every week they find something new to protest about. This week it was the far left campaigning for their traditional loony ideas yet despite fact was peak protest time Gal-On & co could only get 2000 protestors. To make it worse this was a joint affair between Meretz and the mostly Arab communist party Hadash. Between arab communists and Meretz the number of protestors is so low you have to feel sorry for them.
26. Nonsense Number 8!
