1. Weak and despodent leader offering Hamas quiet for quiet so

they could rearm once more.
2. If we don't negotiate under fire, then who keeps sending ...
Jew-C ,   JewLandia (Israel)   (08.20.14)
the Israeli negotiating team back to Cairo? Seriously for a long while I have been wondering about this "Israeli delegation" that keeps going back and forth to Cairo ... is Prime Minister Mr. Netanyahu sending them? or are they a maverick team that just turns up in Cairo according to their own whims? I ask because Prime Minister Mr. Netanyahu and his government have clearly stated: "Israel doesn't negotiate with terrorists" and "Israel doesn't negotiate under fire" -- so really does anyone know what's up with this negotiating team?
3. Perhaps on Sept. 3-4, 2014 when the earthquake parameters
Rivkah   (08.21.14)
converge, Elohim will fulfill His promise to level Gaza (Zephaniah's prophesies) and kill all who are stupid enough to stay there so that it becomes a sheepfold with all the buildings gone. What would take away the buildings that are first leveled by an earthquake? A tsunami like in Fukushima, Japan. First an earthquake and then a tsunami that carried away the debris of the city to the oceans of the world. It is still floating around the Pacific Ocean, a lot of it, landing on the West Coasts of North America. Yep, the judgment of Gaza is coming.
4. Has Booboo found his balls at last?
Jhan   (08.20.14)
Doubt it, still pinpoint targeting which we know or should know by now is ineffective. To win a war, you must target the people (kill them) and demand unconditional surrender.
5. Denial because thousands of Hamas expected at the funeral
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.20.14)
of this head military terrorist and they fear the IAF raining on them during the funeral. Will Israel have the courage to follow the funeral and wipe out the thousands of terrorists attending?
6. we gave them a hard blow
jerold   (08.20.14)
bibi is full of it, totally full of it. He gives a speech where he kisses US and egypt's ass, talks about general disarming hamas,. Bibi has no new strategy. Yaalon has ruined his future by tying himself to bibi, adiaster.
7. Natanyahu not satisfied by the blood of an 8 year old

8. bibi is wrong and so is yaalon
alexi   (08.20.14)
bibi is dead wrong when he says ministers should lend support and not criticize during war. In 1973, sharon criticized bar lev and dayan and helped introduce a new strategy to help win the october war. Bibi says he was quiet during olmert's hezbollah war. He should have spoken up as olmert botched the war. Bibi strategy of giving a hard blow to hamas is meaningless to them.Philadelphi was not retaken, vital areas have not been eliminated and the idf except at the perimeters has fought only an small war that barely dented hamas. And bibi wouldn't change strategy in any case cause on his own, he doesn't have the guts to say to yaalon-- Okay enough, I want a full plan to topple hamas as leiberman correctly called for, no excuses, no america, no who will rule later. Yaalon, a good general who stood up to sharon and mofaz has hitched his star to the wrong guy. He should be with bennett, lieberman and ahronovitch. Instead he plays bibi's political game to nowhere. Next to olmert and peres, he is the weakest war pm israel has ever had.He cannot be rehabilitated. As his father benzion said, bibi is not fit to be pm
9. Solid leadership by Netanyahu.
Michael ,   California, USA   (08.21.14)
This report presents a clear explanation of what PM Netanyahu is striving for and it makes a lot of sense. I am impressed with the cool resolve our PM is displaying and I am sure it is reassuring to the public. Despite the criticism against him in the past few days, PM Netanyahu seems to be well in control and is taking positive steps toward normalizing relations with Obama's administration. It is very important to acknowledge the support Israel receives from the US and to give compliments Obama and his administration. But what impresses me the most is the apparent resolve of PM Netanyahu to return to peace negotiations with Palestinians after the fighting with Gaza is over. After Gaza returns to quiet days let them rebuild their strip under demilitarized conditions, let them find economic prosperity with open border crossings to Egypt and Israel, let them get the port they want. When life becomes easier and better in the region, the desire to forge peace agreements with take over. I see light at the end of the tunnel, at the end of many tunnels.
