1. Hamas r little boys - if we can't hv airport, Israel can't.
barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (08.21.14)
BS in Hamas propaganda - Israel airport running as usual.
2. Want To Stop Rockets? End Gaza Blockade And
World Citizen ,   the world   (08.21.14)
You've tried killing civilians until the world community has decided to try your leaders and military commanders as war criminals. You tried sending your troops in and all that got is 50 or 60 of your men killed. Why not end the blockade and negotiate with the legally elected government of Gaza. Hamas.
3. The deliberate failure to win continues
Jhan   (08.21.14)
2006, 2008, 2010, 2014 - the deliberate war losing continues unabated...
4. Here's a thought
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.21.14)
223 missiles have been fired at Israeli cities -- i.e., civilian centers. So were Israel to fire 223 missiles at Gazan cities -- i.e., civilian centers, it could hardly be called excessive. At most, it can only be called measure-for-measure. They fire 223 missiles at our civilians, so we fire 223 missiles at their civilians. It is not a disproportionate response. Israel can respond to their aggression with identical aggression. Oh! Gaza doesn't have Iron Dome? Well, that's a defensive measure; not part of the equation. It's something that should be part of Hamas' equation, but since when has Hamas cared about anything but Hamas? Any civilians in Gaza are viewed by Hamas as cannon fodder; useful human shields. Nothing more. 223 missiles fired from Gaza directly at Israeli cities requires a response. FIring 223 missiles from Israel directly at Gaza's cities is an entirely appropriate response. That is all the law cares about. The law doesn't care about efficacy, or defensive measure. The law looks to intent. Hamas' intent was to -- on 223 occasions -- harm Israel's civilians. Israel has an affirmative to protect and defend its citizens. Responding with 223 Israelis missiles at Gaza's population centers does not violate a single law. Look it up. You'll see.
5. Hamas rocket fire -
barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (08.21.14)
Obviously IDF is not targeting all areas inside of Gaza - and rocket launchers still working. Someone in IDF has got to do some strategic thinking - these rockets attacks cannot go on forever.
6. Where's the UN condemning Hamas for attacking a kindergarten
Lee M   (08.21.14)
Have all UN members already converted to Islam?
7. While Bibi prides himself with some Hamas men killed
Lee M   (08.21.14)
rockets don't stop and will not stop so long as there are rockets to attack Israel.
8. Sharon was right
(08.21.14)
Many condemn Sharon, but he was 100% right when he prophesied: "The fate of Netzarim, will be the fate of Tel Aviv". No one can say they did not know this would happen.
9.  Want To Stop Rockets? End Gaza Blockade And
Reality ,   The Real World   (08.21.14)
End the blockade? So that Hamas re-arms and replenish their stock piles of Rockets? People like you make it so evident that all you care about is the demise of Israel.
10. Kahane Was right
Larry ,   Capetown, SA   (08.21.14)
Here an airstrike, there an air strike.. everywhere an air strike.. stop it, please stop it.. the only way the rockets will stop if there are no arabs in gaza to shoot them off.. period... full stop...
