1. What have we done to deserve this?! (impotent)

2. bla bla bla
jerold   (08.24.14)
bbib's comments sadly are worthless. Just as he incredibly tried to hide a surrender package to hamas from his security cabinet and then ran away from it all the while protecting kerry from well earned criticis,, bibi is like olmert, olmert is like bibi-both gutless to the core. Now if you don't believe me, ask yourself why he whines 24/7 for help on iran. He has no ability to launch a full asymmetric offensive against hamas or iran unless yaalon on is own decides for it. No one is saying idf should run right into the tunnels. it should be done asymmetrically with special munitions, floodiing, skuunk and blinding munitions to bury and disable hamas in the tunnels. Speciall commando raids in force should be undertaken. Philadelphi shoujld be retaken. Bibi's words are worthless, zero.
3. "Netanyahu: No immunity for anyone" You mean "for anything"
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.24.14)
Netanyahu attacks and kills some buildings as if it's buildings who are the terrorists. How do you expect to win the war when the terrorists are still free?
4. They are all ISIS ready to take the world
Brod ,   USA   (08.24.14)
If the West does not know this it is sleeping. And Congress is still sleeping. According to Islamist-Jihadist Terrorism Expert, Brigitte Gabriel, the Muslim Brotherhood is the Father of all Islamist-Jihadist Terrorism Organizations in the world. The Muslim Brotherhood is ISIS. Hamas is ISIS and so are others that parade anti-Israel slogans and hysterias in the streets of Europe and other places. Obama the Islamist wallows with the Muslim Brotherhood by meeting their leaders in the White House. If Congress does not know this, they should be ashamed for not protecting America from this menace. It is time Congress impeaches Obama. The fact is there will be no ISIS, Hamas, etc without the Muslim Brotherhood devil.
5. Netanyahu and Ya'alon
Dan ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (08.24.14)
This is what Ya'alon said at the latest cabinet meeting; “We stand by our policy of avoiding direct confrontation with Hamas or a decisive end to the war; preferring diplomatic closure.” Hamas has the exact opposite policy; they fight to win. We desperately need new leadership. We need leaders who will fight to win; untie the army's hands regardless of 'what the world will say'. With the present feckless leadership we are going to have many more innocent civilians hurt needlessly. LET THE ARMY WIN.
6. In next elections Likud will have to look for votes among

Meretz-supporters....
7. Operation in Gaza
Steve Gure ,   Coconut Creek USA   (08.24.14)
Bibi's pronouncements that the operation in Gaza will take time would mean something if the IDF would be doing everything possible to achieve its aim.. Clearly this is not the case. They seem to be stuck in place and resonding to Hamas who is taking the initiative.
8. # 4 - Not exactly
Avi L.   (08.24.14)
The origin goes as follows for the sunni variety of jihadists Ibn Taimyha, Ibn Hanbal, Sunna, Hadith and that book we all know. Add a sprinkling of Qutb and a flow of cash from the Gulf. In the indian subcontinent they had others on the same level, the Deobandis and for the political side Mawdudi. Wahabis are not Islam Brother but they distilled the same hatred towards the Jews and the West. The source is to be searched at the very beginning of all this. ISIS, Islam Brotherhood, salafis, Khomeiny etc are all the fruit of a single seed. Guess the name of it.

10. I do not agree with the US government person
Avi L.   (08.25.14)
I do not agree with the US government person who stated during this crisis "if you take down Hamas you will get ISIS". I don't have "the big picture" and I am not among the "people who know", but I think that we have here the opportunity to achieve something positive coming from a very negative situation. First Gaza is not Syria-Iraq, it is smaller, more controlable. Second, we and Egypt can control the borders, and something else farther too. Third there is a neighbor, Egypt, who is interested in continuing its campaign against the Islamic Brotherhood. Egypt is not a koufar power (Jews or Crusaders) and is more accepted by the arab opinion. Egypt has "his own way" to deal with islamists, and it works. Fourth, there is Saudi Arabia who begins to understand that the fruits of the islamist seeds it planted are poisonous. They have plenty of money. Fith, there is an internationtional opinion (at least govs) that starts to finally internalize what we are (and they) dealing with. All this factors contribute in having an opportunity we cannot lose. I believe that once - Hamas politico-military structure is destroyed - Saudi Arabia pays to rebuild Gaza (they payed to spread salafism and hate to the Jews ... so let them contribute to fix the mess) - Egypt supervises the reconstruction and the EDUCATION we will not have by miracle "peace in our time" but we will have defused a big bomb on our southern doorstep. Once the politico-military structure of Hamas is destroyed and its bosses brought to justice like the common thieves they are, even better brought out from a sewer by the Gazawis* like Khaddafi in Lybia (Saddam too was hiding in a hole like a rat), once this happens the whole jihadi-salafi-islamist fellowship will get a very loud and clear message. It will not be "peace in our time" but we will improve appreciably the situation. We cannot lose this opportunity. -------- * Maybe by some PLOs who survived the massacre in 2007, just an idea ...
