The PLO has now announced Oslo is over. Its time for Israel to disband the PA and make it clear that the idea of Palestine is over.

1) There are no UN resolutions saying when Israel should give up territory captured in 1967 and the UN can only push for what it has a legal mandate to to do. 2) The US, even Obama doesn't want to give up responsibility for peace process to much US prestige involved and the US is the only ones with political influence over Israel so if the Abbas plan was put before the Security Council Obama would be forced to veto and at the General Assembly level it has no legal authority. 3) Israel - there is no way any Israeli government would allow a little Napoleon like Abbas to present it with ultimatums like that, today its Abbas with this tomorrow its Iran, Saudi Arabia, Assad or Hezbollah using the same tactic to get things out of Israel. Abbas should also avoid being to hasty with the ICC because Israel can play the same game and take both the PA & Hamas to the ICC and I have a feeling Congress is going to be telling Obama to put Abbas in his place or no PA funding

Israel is a nuclear power and would not hesitate to use them if a lage military force headed their way from any direction.
