Perhaps there needs to be a story on how many factions need to agree on the Palestinian side.I am certain no matter how many factions are listed, once an agreement is signed, there will be a new faction that didn't exist before that will disagree and start shooting rockets. These people cannot agree with themselves, how will they agree with anyone else.

These two little words always seem to put the fear of Allah into Hamas. Its the very first thing that they insist stop, during those moments when they can actually choke out a sentence to peace negotiators . Israel wants peace and not ceasefires which will be used by Hamas to get stronger. Hamas has to be defeated and not bargained with. It is probably almost out of rockets, so of course it's ready for a ceasefire.
