Hamas has lost or spent 75% of its rockets, none of which did any serious damage. 95% of its offensive tunnels that & spent millions & year building are destroyed. Hamas did win! They proved they can turn hostilities on and off at will. They determine when there will be war and when quiet. Their leaders are still in place. Their army is still in tact and they have set themselves up to prepare for the next round. Israel lost 64 soldiers for nothing. How is that not a win for Hamas?
