1. Don't cancel school just have a bikini protest
Mordechai   (09.01.14)
Have women in bikini's standing outside any school the haredim try to take over. The haredim won't be able to enter the school.
2. Mordechai, why bikini?
N. ,   Jerusalem   (09.02.14)
Let the secular mothers and their daughters come completely naked. This will be more effective. I'm waiting for the pictures in the Ynet.. This secular protest is the expression of pure baseless hatred.
3.  Mordechai and Yonatan
Jerusalem ,   Jerusalem   (09.02.14)
Still, nobody has explained why girls with no place to learn using empty classrooms is 'ultraorthodox agenda, taliban'etc. Why is my tax-paid money used to house your fanatical, violent(protest), anti-religious agenda in that public building, while those girls receive none of it and are left on the street? Anti-semites
4. to #1: i don't think so
tom ,   toronto, canada   (09.02.14)
bikinis won't work - they will only result in yet more violence. if the hareidim are willing to spit on a 7-year-old girl (in a religious school uniform that covers the knees), and call her all kinds of horrible names, or to physically attack a religious woman, dressed modestly, then i doubt that a bikini will stop them. in fact, it will only provoke them to violence. unfortunately, the best way to keep them in line is with night sticks and pistols, if the police have the guts to uphold the law.
5. Keep Jewish Teliban out of Beit Shemesh
Nancy   (09.02.14)
Its a discrase that the ultra orthdaox should attempt to take over another school and by illegal means, this is part of their agenda and must be stopped. Next thing we know they will be spitting at 8 year old girls. Exactly what are they teaching them? How to dodge the IDF draft and how not to get an education and become a productive member of society?
6. # 1 Mordechi nice one !
Yoni   (09.02.14)
ha ha like it
7. Why shouldn't empty classrooms be used by whoever needs them
ES ,   Bet Shemesh   (09.02.14)
8. night sticks?
rbs resident   (09.02.14)
Wow, arent you a peace loving jew? If I would recommend to do that to the arabs, youd probably call me on hatred. Double standard? Or do you hate everyone not like you equally?
9. Keep secular Teliban out of Beit Shemesh
rbs resident   (09.02.14)
"Its a discrase that the ultra orthdaox should attempt to take over another school and by illegal means, this is part of their agenda and must be stopped." Its a disgrace that the secular should attempt to keep ultra orthodox students out of school by masking themselves in "legal" means. This is part of their agenda and must be stopped
10. #3 & #9
Yonatan ,   Dishon, Israel   (09.02.14)
The Heradim are welcome in public schools as long as a public school curriculum is followed. The problem is the mayor and Rabbis want their own curriculums not those of the school owners. In effect they are stealing a public school to brainwash their children. Not wanting a Heredi take over of public schools by heredim has nothing to do with anti-Semitsm, it is just good sense.
