3. Suddenly the Jewish land became Palestinian land.

Since when have the Palestinians people existed? Where were they before?
4. UN Comments
Ed Stack   (09.02.14)
Let the UN comment only after it meets its obligations with activity such as the peacekeeping forces. Somehow, UN peace keeping forces, especially those charged with preserving the borders with Israel, tend to evaporate whenever they are challenged.
5. "ALARM" 4000 Dunam!!!!!!!
tiki ,   belgium   (09.02.14)
While ISIS is eating away complete countries and killing (decapitating) the people in the process while the UN is sitting & watching! While HAMAS (partner of ABBAS) has taken it's people on a suicide trip, the UN is condemning Israel! Good thinking!
6. each of them count for nothing. disregard them

"All slammed Israel for their ''land grab". Did anyone expected anything else. I'm sure Israel knows the drill!. So, no that they've gotten it out of their system, we can move on to more pressuring and far more dangerous matters....fighting the killer terrorists, threatening all the above!
8. UN Egypt, Let my people go.
BUILD BY BUILD !!!!   (09.02.14)
LOL too late, the Jew's are out of the bottle. Look what just a few Jews accomplished with the help of the Almighty. We knew this was coming as foretold. It wasn't the UN or the League of Nations that first declared Israel a nation, it was David Ben Gurion after the war Israel won against several Arab armies. Nothing these UNG-dly UNeducated, UNworthy heathens can say that will make Israel less inclined to do what she must, possess the land Promised and given to her heirs. There is no palestine, only Israel despite the best ( worst, actually ) efforts to lessen her successes and her correct following of laws also given us by the Almighty. KEEP BUILDING !!!!!

when talking about each side's demands. Like who will compensate first and what.
10. "palestinian" lamd?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.02.14)
No such thing. You start a war of aggression, and you lose, you lose territory as well. But the territory was never "palestinian" in the first place. There is no such thing as "palestinian" land. There is only nonsovereign land in Judea and Samaria awaiting annexation by the sovereign State of Israel. The sooner the "palestinians" accept this fact and move on with their lives, the easier things will be. Germany got over losing East Prussia and the Polish Corridor; it got over losing Alsace and Lorraine. Italy got over losing Istria. Japan got over losing 95% of Okinawa. The "palestinians" can either get over it, or learn that life will become extremely difficult for them. Israel is here to stay, and Judea and Samaria will forever be a part of sovereign Israel. If you don't like the outcome of wars, don't start them.
11. The United Nations ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.02.14)
... needs to acquaint itself with international law. Under all recognized precepts of international law, acquisition -- or, in the case of Israel, reacquisition -- of nonsovereign territory in the course of fighting a defensive war against an aggressor is always legal. The international community, and the United Nations, have spun their wheels in every which direction trying to prove otherwise, but international law is clear. Judea and Samaria are nonsovereign, and were reacquired by the State of Israel in the course of fighting a defensive war against Jordan. The land is Israel's to settle, retain and annex. Had the ersatz "palestinians" proven themselves capable of peaceful coexistence, there might have been a different outcome. Sadly, however, the ersatz "palestinians" have proven themselves only capable of violence and terror. Judea and Samaria are Israel's. If you want to gift the undeserving ersatz "palestinians" with a homeland, I suggest you look elsewhere. They are not suitable to be citizens of Israel. Where would you like us to ship them? We can repatriate them to Jordan, or we can send them to Gaza, where they can build their [chuckle] "unity government." Or, we can send them to Western Europe, or the United States, or Canada, or Australia, or back to the Hejaz in the western Arabian desert, from whence they came. But Israel? No, sorry. They make for pretty lousy neighbors, and you only have to look at the litany of terrorist attacks by West Bank Arabs to figure that one out. No. They cannot be part of the State of Israel, and the State of Israel will include Judea and Samaria, which have always been the Jewish heartland and to which NO ONE but the Jews have a legitimate right of claim.
12. # 5 Tiki they know they can't defeat ISIS
BUILD BY BUILD !!!!   (09.02.14)
Israel is but a diversion to the failed efforts of each nation that protests Israel's surviving. If one people and one nation can know terrorists best that one nation is Israel.Only good news is, Muslims are the exclusive murderers.

14. There is no such thing ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.02.14)
... as "palestinian" land. There may be a small quantity of land which is privately owned by "Palestinians," but the law of eminent domain applies. Judea and Samaria are nonsovereign. They have never been part of any kingdom or state since they were the Kingdom of Judaea and the Kingdom of Israel. That means they are JEWISH lands, because the last time they were sovereign, it was the Jews whose countries they were. The fact of the matter is that Judea and Samaria have ALWAYS been the heartland of the Jewish people, and that Jewish people lived there long before the word "Arab" was coined. The Jews have always been a presence there, through all manner of foreign invasion and foreign-inspired massacres, right up until the time that Jordan, in a very bloody episode, made Judea and Samaria Judenrein. That was 1948. In 1967, Jordan attacked Israel, and Israel thus reacquired Judea and Samaria. Judea and Samaria were nonsovereign at the time and, if you know anything at all about international law, you will understand that nonsovereign territories acquired in the course of fighting a defensive war belongs to the victor. That would be Israel. Judea and Samaria are Israel's to settle, retain and even annex. That's international law, and all amount of protest from any forum does not make it any less true. The ersatz "palestinians" had several chances to have a state of their own, and they rejected each and every one in favor of war, violence and terrorism. One does not reward the vanquished aggressor by giving him a country. That is not how things work. The ersatz "palestinians" have overstayed their welcome in the State of Israel -- including Judea and Samaria -- and it is time for them to find their way elsewhere. Judea and Samaria must be fully annexed, and its Arab population either repatriated to Jordan, country of their citizenship, or relocated to Gaza, where they can work on their freshly minted "unity government" with the rest of the terrorist rabble. I think the latter is better in the long run. Israel can maintain a quiet border with Jordan; with a terrorist rabble there, that may prove difficult. We know that Gaza is a hotbed of terrorism, but we can handle that. We just don't need it to our east also and, besides, the tiny king of a faux kingdom has enough on his hands with ISIS lurking to the east. It is time for the world to buckle down and take care of genuine problems. The ersatz "palestinians" have had numerous chances, and they have spurned them all. There is no reason to give them yet another bite at the apple; certainly not at the expense of half a million Jewish pioneers who have created a thriving presence and a wonderful economy in Judea and Samaria which was neglected by its Arab overseers from 1948 through 1967. They cannot now pretend to love that which they abused and ignored simply because ownership and control has reverted to the rightful owners -- the Jewish people. History does not lie; neither does the archaeological record. Judea and Samaria are Jewish, period. The "palestinians" need to find their way elsewhere.
15. Israel GAVE Gaza to the pals and see what happened....
BUILD BY BUILD !!!!   (09.02.14)
How many rockets, mortars, missiles etc. etc. has Hamas fired from Gaza with more vocalizations and, even now threats of more to come? Accounting for the fact that Israel believes her edit from her G-d to possess the land, the newer UNgodly UN makes war on only Israel. Israel knows best what's best for her. No leader of the pals has ever had an agenda for less than the complete expulsion of all Jews from all of Israel. So, this one is easy, believe our G-d and prosper and survive or listen to the UNeducated, UNG-dly, UNinformed UN and lose everything. This year Jerusalem, baby !! Glorioskies, mon ami.
16. Palestinian Land ?

All this shock sort of reminds me of the scene in the movie Casablanca..... "Gambling going on in here ?"
17. BETTER BE A JEWSIH LAND THAN A WASTELAND
IRANIAN JEW ,   LA USA   (09.02.14)
PALIS do not want land they want death. What difference does it make if they have land or not. Muslims do not want to live anymore. They are never happy in any country they are in. Even in Saudi Arabia, they are unhappy. I can't name one country that has happy Muslims, can you?
