1. The ICC won't do anything
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.03.14)
The ICC is a kangaroo court, which is why neither the United States nor Israel ratified the Rome Treaty which established the ICC. This is intended to be a warning note to Abbas and the "palestine" authority. Abbas has been put on notice. Challenge us if you dare. Organizing the murder of eleven Israeli athletes in Munich in 1972 is ALSO a war crime. There is no statute of limitations on war crimes. The puffed-up, self-important little poison dwarf had better take heed. Net up: annexation of more of Judea and Samaria.
2. Sharia
Sherlock Holmes ,   London England   (09.03.14)
I suspect a lot of Sharia Law, e.g. amputations, stonings, beheadings, would count as crimes against humanity.
3. GOOD!
BUILD BY BUILD !!!!   (09.03.14)
Both Hamas and Fatah are criminals as is any one supporting them including obama their only US ally. KEEP BUILDING !!!
4. Great work! Please take Fatah & Peres to court too.
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.03.14)
The Israel Law Center is a great group. Please take Abbas and Fatah to court too. They have maimed and murdered far more Israelis than Hamas. Please also help Oslo victims sue Shimon Peres and Labor for thousands of cases of criminal negligence resulting in grievous harm and death.

No -- punishments under Sharia are gruesome and shock the conscience, but they are not war crimes. Then again, I do wish to point out that the activities of the Nazis and, significantly, their Dutch, French, Polish, Austrian and Ukrainian collaborators were not crimes under Nazi Germany's code of law. But we criminalized them ex post facto anyway, and hanged almost as many Poles and Ukrainians as we did Germans. So perhaps there is yet hope that a punishment under Sharia which is presently "legal" may someday no longer be.

Love to see how Hamas stacks up in court...that is, if they decide to show up.
11. Targeted killings anyone?
Silva   (09.04.14)
"According to international law, execution of citizens without trial is a war crime". That's rich coming from a country that invented targeted killings all over the world.
