1. Abu Ein Had A Long History Of Violence
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (12.10.14)
He was arrested in the US in the 1970s; wanted for planting a bomb in Tiberias that killed 2 boys. And he credited Oslo for the Intifada. Good riddance.
2. And?
Joe ,   Nowhere   (12.10.14)
So he deserved to die, right? I guess the soldiers that killed him today also have some history of violence and murder now. Do they deserve to die as well? An eye for an eye and we'll all be blind... but actually, I think you're already blind with hatred.
3. Cool Heads...
Adam Neira ,   Paris   (12.10.14)
Cool heads must prevail now. This incident is important for a number of reasons. It is a touchstone. Think microcosm/litmus test of intentions, philosophies, and geometries in the Holy Land reaching a confluence now. Divine timetable trumping all others idea... The fact remains that the West Bank/Judea and Samaria must be shared. The Palestinians will not kick all the Jews out and the Jews will not kick all the Palestinians out. A co-operative command and control structure must prevail. Two key questions for readers to ponder... (1) Which paradigm should reign from Jerusalem ? Vision, Courage and Trust Building or myopia, cowardice and betrayal of trust. (2) Did G-d give us land to covet or share ?
4. There's too much hearsay, wait for the facts.

5. How come the AFP photographer has no pics?
Joe Fraser ,   Canada   (12.10.14)
The AFP photographer said "3 soldiers grabbed him and one butt ended him in the chest"... but why did he not snap off a few pics of the incident? If he saw it why didn't he shoot it? Isn't that his job? Why is he the only one reporting this story? Other reports state that Abu Ein, already a sick man with diabetes and hypertension, felt ill during the protest march and refused medical aid from an IDF medic.
6. a sad event
bob ,   chennai   (12.10.14)
I don't know why and how this man was dead. May be a heart attack from poor health. But if it is for the political millage of any Israeli politicians- soon supposed to face a new democratic election- it is sad. remember "FIGHTING IS AN ANIMAL INSTINCT, REVENGING IS DEVILISH --- COHABITING IS DIVINE & HUMAN FEELING --- LET THE Higher Self protect the children of common people.
7. The minister was a murderer of 2 kids
Convicted terrorist   (12.10.14)
The minister was a convicted murderer who murdered 16, 14 years old Israelis in 1978. He was jailed, but then released in a prisoner exchange deal.
8. one less terrorist
Daniel   (12.10.14)
Born in 1959, Abu Ein was first detained for security-related offenses at the age of 18, for a short period. In 1979, he was accused of belonging to a cell that planted a bomb in Tiberias that exploded and killed two people, including 16-year-old Boaz Lahav. He was extradited to Israel from the United States two years later and received a life sentence, but was released in a 1985 prisoner exchange, and never admitted to the charges.
9. is this news worthy ??
rjd ,   london   (12.10.14)
it is clear he has had a heart attack.......nothing to do with the IDF...at least that is one more terrorist removed from the planet.
10. 2.
Birdi ,   Israel   (12.10.14)
It is not known yet what the cause of death was. Kindly wait for the results of the autopsy & the investigation, before you accuse the IDF of murder. Thank you.
11. more cameras than a hollywood production.

12. wow!
tom ,   toronto, canada   (12.10.14)
the plo actually has a minister in charge of "settlements"?! more like, "in charge of provocations and attacks on settlements". he died while doing his job - committing suicide by policeman. and now he will be used to further the cause.
13. PA Minister death
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (12.10.14)
Another murder for which the Zionist leadership will one day be brought to trial before the International Criminal Court, convicted, and given long sentences in prison. This Minister is now a new, major martyr in the Divine Struggle for the Total Liberation of Palestine.
14. #5 Joe Fraser
(12.10.14)
Wait, the photos and videos are in the making. It'll be out soon showing how an IDF soldier or another Jew who happened to pass by, killed him.
15. Good
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (12.10.14)
Now he is a good terrorist. All Islamofascists need to die as well
