this coalition government is likely to be strong and lasting. the prime minister will face two major threats: impending wars and the diplomatic wars that will be waged against israel by obama and his european partners. all domestic issues pale in comparison.

8. Bibi is likely to confound his leftist critics yet again
Chaim ,   Israel   (05.06.15)
Bibi's leftist critics predict his new government will be short lived. He is likely to confound them yet again. The new government may be relatively small, but it is free of destructive leftist backstabbers such as Livni. This alone strengthens it greatly. There is also a good chance that Lieberman may join it in the not too distant future. Bibi's leftist critics have been predicting his downfall for a long time now... The bottom line is that Bibi is much smarter than his leftist critics. They aren't able to see that obvious truth. Objective observers certainly can.

And so the Caesar from Caesaria sold us out. While he insists that Arabs recognize Israel as a Jewish state, he has people (i.e. Litzman and co) in HIS government who do not. They will send our children to fight in the army but they do not even stand up on memorial day. SHAME, SHAME and more SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we all have pet hatreds. netanyahu seems to bring out the worst in people. i see him as a leader who has thus far managed to keep the jewish state whole and intact. i believe he is the best man to lead medinat yisrael at a time when she is under severe terror/war threat and diplomatic threat. given this dire situation, i do not pay too much attention to domestic politics. it is better to be poor and alive than well off and dead. nor do i obsess about the haredim. i know for certain that eventually the rabbis will wake up and start integrating their people into the larger society. this will take some time. i do not hate them because i know that without the haredim and orthodox judaism there would be no jews left. they kept alive judaism for two thousand years in exile, everywhere. we owe them a lot. now that the jewish state has been reestablished, the secular bear the brunt of the burden.

15. #11 yes, the people spoke, but...
Vered, Israel   (05.07.15)
In our wildest dreams did it not occur to us that Bibi simply would not listen. The "people" did not vote to give our hard-earned money and personal freedoms to the Haredim, Bibi did it for us. The next time the people have an opportunity to speak, may it be soon, we will get a centrist government that actually does represent the majority.
16. # 14 Ora
Sagi   (05.07.15)
Hi Ora, your usual self, sticking up for the Haredim, there can be nothing reasonable and objective about religion and religious people. Dogma cannot be reasonable nor can it be objective.
17. 16 Sagi, A 100% objective whatever..
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (05.07.15)
opinion [religious or not] is indeed not realistic but everything he said is , i think, true and fair. Fine to see you again here.I hope you are in good health,Sagi.
