ALL of the guards outside just ignored the siren and carried on checking cars and talking amongst themselves....what does that tell us?

that sadly most of us are "used to" azaka sirens. The first time my husband had to go to a shelter, he was "frazzled". (His words.) Now he goes to the shelter pretty much calmly. In fact he is pretty blazee about these drills. He said he got enough practice last year to make an impression for all his life.
