A large number of Ynet keyboard warriors want Hamas to fail, BUT . . . no one appears to ever stop and think about what would replace Hamas. It certainly will not be Fatah which has even less accomplishments over the last 60+ years. One thing is almost guaranteed, any new controlling "government" will NOT be friendly to Israel. As for Gazans leaving, exactly where would they go? Israel should note just how much resentment there is in Europe over all the refugees pouring in and realize that if Gazans leave, the countries that end up with the Gazans will see Israel as an enemy. Israel needs to drastically re-think the whole gaza situation before it literally blows up in your face.

If "mighty" Hamas is under threat from ISIS,what chance does Abbas and his meagre "government" have against ISIS. Its simple, USA , UN and EU want to erode Israel slowly ,like the frog in the heated up water! Forget it!!!!

Would an ISIS take over of Gaza disappoint more Gazawis? And open a window for an Abbas/Saudi/Egypt control? Would it also releave us from international continuous indictment of any action we take in relation with terrorists? Maybe it will keep Hamas busy unless they decide to start another war to show their commitment to "jihad fi sabilillah".

But those people are mentally ill.

It's like there's a new group every few years - first it was Fatah, then Hamas, then Islamic Jihad... Now it's ISIS These Islamists are like a cancer, every time we get rid of one, it grows back in a different place under a new name. Press the reset button on the Middle East for the sake of humanity.
