Why don't you promote a law to exempt women from army if they have already one or 2 children ? My mother told me when I was child that the Jews are the whisest people on Earth, but I read that Bar Rafaeli etc. avoided army only by convenience marryaje... such a law in a nation with the hardest demogrphyc competition on the planet!
