If Ettinger had written from the perspective of a Marxist (Progressive, Democratic, Leftist) perspective, he would never have been arrested. For the few who still want to live in an Israel where unpopular beliefs are protected, all that's happening now should be alarming. The media here is full of outright incitement to murder... not just the non-Jewish religious media, but the anti-Israel, anti-religious (but strangely pro-Islam) political media. The disproportionate enforcement of British Mandate Administrative Law is a stain on the entire country.
