You would think that Janet Yellen who has the help of Stanley Fischer should have gotten a "A". But I think the policies of Pres Obama who puts emphasis on stupidity, such a renaming mountains and giving Iran the Nuke instead of focusing on making the US economy sound screwed Yellin and Fischer.
