Netanyahu did the right thing. He already knows Iran will violate any agreement whenever they feel like it. That means it doesn't matter what the deal is, with one exception. Netanyahu knows that this pig of a deal releases frozen Iranian assets which will be used to fund terrorism. That was Obama's goal all along and that's why Obama is happy. Iran was going to get their nukes no matter what the deal said, because they cheat. I hope Israel pounds the living snot out of Iran and anyone else who gets in their way. And to hell with world opinion.

I don't know if this deal is good or not. But, if it goes bad, it will be real bad for many countries, and it may affect Israel the most. That's why the PM fought hard, and never let up. What's the downside for him? President Obama may have simply delayed necessary action regarding Iran. Many, most administrations do that. Bibi was right to fight the totally evil Iran deal. Polls show most Americans oppose it. The fight is far from over. Republicans have strong legal tools in which to stop it. Presidential candidate Cruz is taking the lead in this. No Iran deal can assure Israel's safety. While it is right to fight the deal, Israel needs to take determined military, cyber and other action to stop Iran's hideous plans. Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations are quietly taking such actions already.

There are two reasons that Netanyahu persisted.. First of all, he is in American terms a neo-con. And American neo-cons have spent the last 15 years in the US being totally aggressive, never modulating their tones and never backing off any position. There is not one neo-con in the US who does not think the Iraq war was a great success. Secondly, Netanyahu does not have the political courage to order the IDF to attack Iran. They are unwilling to do it. He has asked them three times according to Barak to attack Iran and they won't budge without a direct order. The only way he gets them to move is under the umbrella of a US attack.
