this is because the area over the Temple Mount is G-d's Air Space.
Since Ms. Rafaeli and her fiance, the soon to be Mr. Rafaeli (I mean, Mr. Ezra, no disrespect intended) are mere mortals there is definitely NO REASON to declare the area over their wedding event a "no fly zone"
I mean really, if this "no fly zone over my wedding" business is soooo very important to the Rafaelis then they should consider moving the wedding date to Yom Kippur...after all that is the only day on which all of Israel is a "no fly zone" as the majority of the country (even many of the secular folks of the land) is busy chatting up, making nice and asking forgiveness for their hubris from G-d.
Clearly the Rafaelis have no problem with their hubris related behavior...ugh!
