Venezuela, Argentina, Zimbabwe, Syria, North Korea...you know not in Israel? What's going on here? How is this happening to us?

As article states, the bill does not place limitation to Comtroller. The opposite: it fixes situation where workers in his office have no place to complaint about miscondact that make these workers inferior and voiceless.
