1. morocco properties
max nosrag ,   gibraltar   (11.29.16)
my late grandfather died in 1966 he was a landowner in many parts of Morocco. we are in the processof reclaiming the lands but find that in many cases multi storey buildings and office blocks as well as government agency headquarters and underground carparks have been built on them..not only that the registry has shown us heirs "documents"that show that my grandfather sold these plots years after his death together with blatently forged signatures.....and there is NO recourse....where are the NGOs?????
2. The ICC is too political and membership must be avoided.
Rivkah   (11.29.16)
Even former US President George W. Bush rarely leaves the USA because the ICC wants to try him for war crimes. He pardoned himself before leaving office but that pardon is only good for the USA not outside the US.
3. ICC?
tiki ,   belgium   (11.29.16)
Isn't that that body that is losing it's members by the day?

What the EU is for out of a job politicians, the UN for out of a job diplomats, so is the ICC a court for out of a job judges.

Israel shouldn't give legality to this insignificant body!
4. Israel desperately needs a P.M. like Putin
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.29.16)
Israel's P.M. is pathetically cowering at the feet of international judges. Which is exactly where our enemies want him. Imagine how pleased our "Palestinian" foes must be to know that Bibi fears doing what is best for Israel!

There is an old saying, "Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6". This means you should do whatever is necessary to assert your rights (avoiding your funeral) and deal with the judges later.

Israel desperately needs a P.M. like Putin. Putin does what is right for Russia and let the judges be damned. Putin knows that winning is what really matters. Israel has no cause to fear judges on legal grounds. As for political persecution, we can handle that too.
5. Mr Zigzag does it again
Disillusioned   (11.29.16)
Funny how this ridiculous man continues to lead parliament into all sorts of wrangles and tangles and only when things reach the finalization stage does he decide that maybe it wasn't such a good idea after all. He supported the bill right up until Eejit Bennett pushed it into a vote.

Talk about waking up after the horse has bolted...

Why is it that so many people just can't see such obvious evidence of lack of leadership: he's so busy appeasing this and that faction of his disjointed coalition that he's lost all sense of purpose other than just hanging on as "head honcho" and the hell with governance.
