On top of the matters addressed in this article is the fact Syria still retains voting rights and feels compelled to express opinions on another nation after all they've done to their own citizens. Israel should negotiate peace with Syria, who uses barrel bombs on it's own citizens? And Israel should negotiate peace with Lebanon, a nation overrun by thugs (Hezbollah), and a nation who can't figure out how to handle it's own garbage?

Gee UN ...... get China out of Tibet, and Turkey off Cyprus, before you turn on Israel.

One need look no further than this vote to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, how far the UN is from reality, to the point of being cultist in its dogged pursuit of insane, unrealistic and completely unworkable agendas.

Just unbelievable that till today no Israeli authority had the guts to disclose that the Golan Heights NEVER were part of Syrian real estate. The Golan Heights were part of the League of Nations' Mandate for Palestine, the territory dedicated for the creation of an independent Jewish state. The British Mandatory ceded in a treacherous way by breaching Article 5 of the Mandate, the Golan Heights to the French Mandate of Syria in 1923, as thanks for having accepted to move Mossul and its oil fields (the stupid French were unaware about those oil fields) to Iraq under British Mandate. So again the Golan Heights were NEVER Syrian, but remain conform to International Law part of the territory allocated to the Jewish people by the League.

The world is burning with Muslim terrorist than will not stop at any border and make all kind of excuses to kill others, and these idiots just sit there and pass resolution after resolution to support the same cuase and has started every war.

Why not? Such a nice and tolorent city with all religions and all people so happy to fly to heaven.

When China leaves Tibet, the Iranians, Iraqis, Syrians and Turks leave Kurdistan, the Russians leave the northern islands of Japan and the Crimea , the English leave Northern Ireland, the British leave Gibraltar and the Turks leave Cyprus then and only then Israel should consider discussing the Golan.
