So "responsible adult" = pandering to muslims Got it. It's the new appeasing mentality but an ages old jewish guilt complex.

As a person whom muezzin's calls greatly disturb , I agree with the article's conclusion .
I must add that of late any disurbance has been immediately quietened ,most probably by the village's mukhtar .
Yes ,dialogue works .

I want to add some empathy too. Unesco backed a resolution ignoring Israel and Jewishpeople connection to Jerusalem and Temple Mount. we think it was a very unfair and an absurd resolution, specially because it was promoted by those who are allegedly to return to peace conversations with Israel. We perceived it wrong. Muezzin's calls for muslim prayers or Vatican flags flying in Jerusalem buildings unbelievably disgusting or not, do not reflect Jewish culture and interests, and yes Israel is a Jewish State and belongs to jewish people. Mr President Rivlin can represent a polite right, you cant change history assuming indifference or allowing everybody to do whatever they please just because you are afraid to be call zionist, a jew or Israeli. Have a nice day Sir!
