There are a number of reasons why embassy will not move to Jerusalem. There is a Higher authority that is in Heaven that will not allow it for certain reasons. Orthodox Jews know why.
The Israeli government themselves don't want it as it would mean American non jewish staff visualizing israel as a chareidi enclave as one third of Jerusalem is chareidi. It would also reduce the chareidi population due to the escalating prices in housing if embassies move to Jerusalem,and force chareidim to expand in secular areas causing an influence on the secular youth. As a supporter of Trump I can guarantee you the embassy will not be moved. On a positive side the building of more homes in Jerusalem post 1967 areas is an excellent move. Build because Trump don't care about you building. Chareidim are willing to expand into all of Jerusalem if the price is right.
