The cowardly incompetence of the Iraqi army has given Mosul to ISIL and now it requires 40.000 refugees from the city before Iraq can retake it. The devastation is unimaginable. Egypt should be aware the problem will only get worse and the clean-up all the harder if they let it go on. It's time to clamp down is now ....... not next week.
