ELAL has become so bad - poor quality staff, old planes, most expensive, arrogant, long queues (1 hour) at check in, inedible food and so on.

They should not have a decline in market share, they should be out of business. They are an arrogant airline, with arrogant pilots and staff and management who forget the people flying pay their salaries!
