Israeli women have an average 3.0 children. Second place in the OECD is taken by Iceland with 2,2. Most OECD countries are considerably under the replacement level of 2.1. So to claim that Israel has the highest proportion of child poverty is just another way of saying that Israel has lots of children and that Israel's population is growing whereas in most OECD countries families are small and the native population is shrinking.
